About Us

Cassie has been volunteering with the Randolph Food Pantry since March 2020 and took over as coordinator in January 2023. She also serves on the Arlington Food Security Coalition and the Arlington Food Providers Peer Roundtable. In her day job, she is a social worker supporting kinship families in Northern Virginia. She lives in Douglas Park with her husband and foster children.

Lyndsey has been volunteering with the Randolph Food Pantry since November 2022. In her day job, she works in commercial real estate. She has been a resident of the Columbia Pike Corridor for over 10 years and a resident of Douglas Park for 3 years, where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Heather has been volunteering with the Randolph Food Pantry since it began in March 2020. She is currently a middle school math teacher in APS, and has been for the last 20 years. She lives in Douglas Park with her husband and two daughters.

Christine has been working at Randolph for 5 years and in APS for 19. As the Family and Community Engagement liaison for Randolph, she began volunteering with the Food Pantry 3 years ago. She also organizes the school's annual Threads of Unity event, which allows Randolph families to "shop" from donated items such as clothing, books, and educational games. She and her husband (also an APS teacher) and their 3 kids live in Columbia Forest.

Lander has been a volunteer with the Randolph Food Pantry for 4 years. He is a 40+ year resident of the Columbia Pike corridor, where he has been active in the Alcova Heights Citizens Association and in planning and redevelopment efforts along the Pike. He also volunteers with the non-profits Phoenix Bikes and Rebuilding Together. He lives in Alcova Heights with his wife.
